It does not make sense that this person in such an important position responsible for the safety of this nation could make such a mistake. Anyone, even 10, 15 years earlier to this incident, if he or she had made this mistake in a private company he/she would have been immediately fired. Period.
How come this is being overlooked in this case? This is extremely troubling for an voter such as myself.
