I do not like Toyota Camry 2018's look

It does not look cool. Especially from the front. In profile it looks great.
Looking from the front you feel like slipping into one of the badly designed sneakers.

I did not expect, Surprise, surprise...

I was not expecting anything. I threw in a piece of turmeric (curcuma longa) root into a pot and it started growing. I noticed after about three months that the pot had broken on its side.

I decided to pull out the plant with 4 or 5 shoots. The plant neither had flowers nor did the leaves resemble anything like I have seen in Wikipedia shown here.

To my great surprise, I saw a large number of turmeric tubers when I pulled out the plants.

I took out all the tubers and replanted in a larger pot with the shoots sticking out. I am sure they will regrow.

Travelling from Honolulu to Europe and back is not a joke

Except travelling to far eastern countries like Japan, Korea and China travelling from Hawaii to Europe and back is not a joke. You may have to make a one day stop in US mainland both ways if you do not want to be too tired to do anything at the destination.

Add to this the waiting times in the various in-between airports.

Speaking of airports, you will have to contend with transfers between domestic and international carriers; security checks at every point of boundary crossings; shuttle trains or buses to collect your baggage; shuttle buses or taxis from airport to hotel and back; innumerable walkways, elevators, and escalators. Of course, you have your schedules that some brilliant person has come up with which assumes that you are floating to get to the next point.

Despite this we decided to take the trip to Naples, Italy from Honolulu and back. It was a whirl-wind 18 days long great trip with like-minded people. It was indeed memorable touring so many historic Italian towns; enjoying the beautiful Italian countryside; eating pastas and pizzas and drinking Tuscan wines.

What if inflight entertainment system fails...

It is not unusual for an inflight entertainment system to fail. If it happens on a long duration flight, it can be very boring. Should the airline company compensate? I really think they should.

We recently traveled from Venice, Italy to JFK (9.5 hours) and the inflight entertainment system failed for a large number of passengers. Some of us complained to the crew and they did try to reload the entertainment system to no avail.

We tried to get to some empty seats and the crew mentioned there were none.

In what ways the airline can compensate? What is the value of the entertainment system as a fraction of the ticket value?

Here is a short part of the Linux install program.

Delta Air Lines apologized and in fact compensated us handsomely. This means Delta Air Lines take these things seriously and act.
