If you did not probably you are not a Star Trek fan. Klingon is the language spoken by one of the many characters, not a handsome(from Human Standards) but definitely handsome from where he comes from.
Don't loose hope. Microsoft has a new extension called the Microsoft Translator and Klingon is one of the 50+ languages it supports. If you don't find it in the Windows Store, just wait. Right now it is only available for Windows Insiders in build 14291 released yesterday.
